Dr. Kolja Them got an intramural research funding grant from the UKSH and the Medical faculty of the CAU Kiel.
The grant includes a position as well as funding for chemicals and equipment for the development of new methods for hyperpolarization based on polarization transfer via proton exchange. Kolja will use these methods for studies of the metabolism of cancer cells.
